We're a pretty eclectic bunch - architects, designers, planners, and a couple folks who just can't stay away from a good building project. Here's who you might end up working with.
Sarah Duskart
Principal Architect
Started this whole thing back in 2008 after getting tired of seeing cookie-cutter developments everywhere. Sarah's got this knack for making sustainable design actually look good - not just functional. She's probably sketching something right now.
Marcus Quintor
Partner & Design Director
The detail guy. Marcus came from a background in heritage restoration, which means he's obsessed with how buildings age and last. He's the one who'll spend three hours debating window placement - and honestly, it usually pays off.
Lin Chen
Senior Project Architect
Lin handles the commercial stuff mostly. She's got this weird talent for understanding building codes in her sleep and making them work for the design instead of against it. Eight years with us now.
James Holloway
Sustainability Consultant
Former engineer who switched sides. James runs all our energy modeling and keeps us honest about our green claims. He's also somehow the office barista champion.
Priya Malhotra
Interior Design Lead
Priya's the one who makes sure buildings don't just look good from the outside. She's got an eye for materials and textures that's borderline scary. Clients love her.
